As Bid Management Manager, the broad area of your job responsibilities will cover the following:

  • Interpret bid commercials to identify pricing/investment strategies
  • Delivers the cost/pricing model, pricing assumptions and determine final target price 
  • Prepares P&L and cash flow of the deal in relation to the proposed payment milestone for business/deliver centers owners to understand the financial impact of the deal 
  • Converts cost/pricing to ‘client format’ pricing table
  • Ensure proposed pricing is in line with overall bid strategy; establish pricing structure that meets business/corporate target margins and get internal approvals for customer submission
  • Ensure bid commercials are robust, complete, fully evidenced & drive margins
  • Respond to customer commercial clarifications
  • Review bid financials, assumptions and provides financial/risk assessments to the bid approvers
  • Support bid teams to initiate credit checks on partners, subcontractors, and clients
  • Participates in department/division/group initiatives to drive, develop and sustain the Bid Management COE’s objectives – in particular the commercial processes and best practices
  • Provide guidance on corporate finance guidelines
  • Coach the bid teams to prepare bid financial summary, P&L and cash-flow


Ideal candidate should possess the following:

  • Degree in Finance /Accounting or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years of experience in Commercial Bid Management
  • Capable in supporting multiple deals concurrently from the commercial aspect to enable approvers (Directors, Partners, Managing Partners and CxO) to make business decision
  • Able to coach the bid teams on the commercials/financials aspects
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • A team player and enjoy working in a dynamic and multi-cultural team and business environment
  • Familiar with Tech Industry
