The Manager, Billing Management is primarily responsible to oversee the billing operations functions of the company. He/ She will lead the billing team, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and resolving billing discrepancies in a timely manner, minimizing impact to customer and revenue. This role requires ensuring that billing processes and systems are setup to in an optimal and efficient manner in serving our customers’ needs and ensuring revenue assurance.

- Play a vital role in team management through leading, coaching, developing and motivating a team of staff.

Work with various stakeholders to ensure billing processes and systems are set up to support billing of services provided to the customers and service providers.

Ensure bills issued are complete, accurate and timely which include monitoring of the billing processes, working with various stakeholders to resolve any billing discrepancies and issues as and when it arises to minimize impact to customers and revenue.

Ensure billing processes are robust through:
- Deploying necessary controls to prevent and detect any abnormalities, and controls to ensure compliance with policies and guidelines.
- Monitoring operations SLAs (service level agreements) to ensure targets are met with prompt corrective, detective and preventive measures taken to minimize impact to customers.
- Promptly addressing any billing concerns and issues. -
Ensure all operational processes are documented with SLA defined.

Constant review of work practices, processes and procedures to improve customer service and operational efficiency through process improvements, simplification, digitization and automation initiatives.

Drive automation initiatives including working with IT or Digital team to provide requirements for the automation initiatives.

Lead the team in user acceptance testing (UAT) for such automation.
Skills for Success
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Accounting or IT related discipline
- Minimum 5 years work experience in financial or business operations
- Work experience in leading a team of co-workers and in dealing with multiple stakeholders
- Business process analytical skills is essential for this role
- Proficient in Ms Excel, Ms Word and PowerPoint

Experience in handling Billing operations, projects or UAT testing is preferred

Prior work experience in the Telecommunication industry is an added advantage

Involved in work that requires analysing processes and data for improvements and executing changes
