The Manager, Business Management (GCEO Office) will play a critical role in delivering high quality materials, efficient processes, collaboration, and corporate governance process across Singtel Group. This role requires a highly analytical and results-oriented candidate with strong business acumen, capable of driving performance, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting decision-making processes.
Make an Impact by:
- Support high-impact content generation and presentations for GCEO, Management Committee and the Board.
- Support key Group Level projects to assist GCEO and MC members, leveraging data and analytics to drive business insights and prepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership team.
- Able to manage key projects and facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams to support seamless operations and project execution.
- Deliver follow-ups from key events/discussions and assist associated reviews, liaise with senior colleagues for follow-ups.
- Primary support point of secretariat for key internal meetings (e.g. MC, FIC, BU updates, SMW etc.).
- Act as a key partner to Finance teams in running and managing the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), including and are not limited to leading the logistics support for AOP preparation, collating and fact-checking the submissions of presentation materials from internal stakeholders and then integrating the submissions into a coherent presentation flow and refining the AOP presentation to GCEO for endorsement.
- Work closely with various business units to capture their KPIs and operational dashboards, key responsibilities include and are not limited to, collating the achievements against the KPIs set in the previous year, working with internal stakeholders to set the KPIs and determine the corresponding key initiatives, assist in refining all KPI submissions to the Board for endorsement.
- Support GCEO Engagement Office in the co-ordination, managing and running of key internal events and workshops.
- Ready to drive requisite admin work, such as managing integrated corporate calendar etc, or plan logistics for high level conferences and meetings.
Skills for Success:
- Degree in business, finance, business management or similar fields
- At least 5 years of experience
- Strong Project Management skills: being organised and disciplined, showing attention to detail.
- Business Analytics and Insights.
- Business Strategy planning and execution.
- Flexible, ability to perform in ambiguous situations, and adapt as business evolves.
- Must have a strong ability to multitask and work at a fast pace to adapt to the latest changes in business conditions.
- Strong and clear communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with initiative to execute, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, often with demanding timelines.
