The Manager is required to perform product development, management and deployment of Singtel Hospitality/Hotel IPTV solutions.


Product Development

  • Roll out IPTV Hospitality services in a timely manner
  • Work out IPTV product costing with Finance and maintain an updated set of product costing. Continuously review product processes and cost components
  • Monitor and ensure that revenue and profitability targets of the product are met. Detect any negative trends, investigate and explain any anomalies in revenue or costing and propose solution
  • Enhance product features and review pricing to ensure product competitiveness and service quality based on benchmarks/feedbacks
  • Ensure availability and timeliness of product information to internal stakeholders as well as provide product training to various stakeholders
  • Analyse market and competitive information to identify market needs and corresponding product enhancements / development required
  • Evaluating new products to meet customers demand, new service conceptualization, putting up the product for approval and product development and setting up associated processes to make the product launch possible.


Sales Support

  • Develop product presentation materials and conduct product training to sales. Work with finance for business case and approval where necessary
  • Develop pre-sales & post-sales processes
  • Provide technical support to sales account managers
  • Conduct presentations on proposed solutions and technologies to customers
  • Work with pre-sales to evaluate new IPTV business partners for different hotel projects


Implementation and Operations

  • Implement hotel IPTV system in hotels, together with vendors
  • Liaise with hotel IT to ensure that the hotel system is working well
  • Work with hotel IT to upgrade the hotel IPTV system as well as setting the specs for implementation of the new hotel IPTV
  • Support new and existing IPTV accounts on operational and technical issues on a daily basis
  • Manage external vendors, sub-contractors and suppliers for new hotel deployments
  • Manage the overall product especially on the IPTV system cost control



  • Degree in Engineering/Computer Science, preferably with 3-5 years of Product Management experience
  • Prior experience in telecommunications / media / hospitality industry is preferred
  • Good knowledge of IPTV competitive landscape, technology and applications is preferred
  • Good written and oral communications skills
  • Achievement and customer oriented. Independent, creative and with drive. Team player
  • Possess good business sense and good negotiation skills, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in proposal preparation and good presentation skills
