Reporting to the Senior Manager, Channels Development, the candidate will be involved in Internet of Things (IoT) Business Development activities for Business Group and in this financial year, the primary focus will be on the following areas but not restricted to:

  1. Build and Manage the Internet of Things (IoT) Partner Ecosystems
  1. Identify and develop strong partnerships with significant influencing partners in the emerging IoT marketplace. Specific focus on IoT solutions using SingTel core M2M/Fibre/Satellite Services. Objective is to develop a revenue generating and influencing ecosystem of partnerships for SingTel IoT offerings.
  2. Develop a deep understanding of IoT partner’s products and services offerings.
  3. Share business value proposition hypotheses with IoT partners for joint GTM engagements.
  4. Identify and build relationships with key IoT technology partners, to develop the capabilities that Singtel needs in this space.
  5. Engage IoT partners to influence, participate and win significant IoT Government tenders.
  6. Drive alignment within SingTel and partners on IoT product strategy.

     

  1. Develop SingTel’s Industry Solution Enablement Platform (ISEP) Service Providers (SP) Ecosystems
  1. Promote and Market SingTel ISEP value proposition to potential SP.
  2. Qualify and determine SP offerings alignment to SingTel’s ISEP strategy.
  3. Execute SP ISEP Onboarding activities.  
  4. Execute GTM plan to engage SP in each sector.
  5. Interact with external agencies and industry to identify new business opportunities.

 

The interested applicant should possess:

  • A recognised degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Computer Science with at least 6 years of working experience
  • At least 4 years of working experience in ICT industry with background in working in MNCs
  • At least 2 years of Partner or Sales Management experience
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding business revenue targets
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Powerpoint).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to communicate our value, strategy and proposed solution on client opportunities
  • Experience managing projects
  • Good understanding of Telco/IT services and solutions
  • Self-motivated, independent and a positive attitude
  • Meticulous with multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to work well under stressful situations with tight timelines.
  • Able to cultivate trust and credibility with peers and maintain strong working relationships at all levels of the organization
