Make an Impact by:

 

  • Provide overall physical security support and direction to Singtel sites.
  • Conduct physical building security risk assessments, surveys, and physical penetration testing.
  • Manage contract security services (Guarding and System Contract), to include the development and implementation of Security Operations Procedures at all Singtel sites.
  • Manage electronic security systems and vendors, including electronic access control, visitor management, video surveillance, intrusion detection systems, and control centre operations.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders and maintain close relations with local law enforcement and emergency responders.
  • Assist to maintain an overview of budgeting or spending, existing conditions, and contract information.
  • Familiar with Business Continuity Management (BCM) protocols, and act as the BCM coordinator of the department.
  • Report on monthly physical security strategy and metrics (KPIs).

 

Skills for Success:

  • Diploma in Security Management or related fields.
  • 10 years of related experience.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintenance of access control, video surveillance and intruder alarm systems.
  • Ability to work and foster relationships with colleagues across the division, business units and group.
  • Team player and able to work in cross-functional teams eg: Facilities, Workplace Safety etc.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
