The role is responsible for ensuring best-in-class business process design and supporting the implementation of innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.

 

  • Ensure Business Strategy Success: Strategy defines what the organization must do to achieve the desired results, but process defines how to achieve it.  Process Innovation & Transformation ensures such processes are created and maintained seamlessly to ensure strategy success.
  • Efficiency and Accuracy: Recommend optimal solution using industry best practices as benchmark and technology to improve efficiency and minimize risks of errors.
  • Cost Optimization: Reduce organization’s cost by aligning/streamlining repetitive tasks carried out across multiple teams.

 

Make an Impact by

 

  • Drive the standardization of processes to allow for greater efficiency, effectiveness, and control and maintain documentation of the process flow/ narratives.
  • Analyze and document As-Is business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through process alignment, streamlining, re-engineering or automation, to make To-Be process more efficient.
  • Develop functional design concept to improve process performance and to ensure compliance.
  • Recommend end-to-end solution to process owners for their review and sign-off and subsequently work with developers to plan and execute and monitor project deliverables with process owners.
  • Ensure process governance, business solutions (IT & RPA developers) and stakeholders are closely aligned in the services delivery chain.
  • Manage methods, standards, frameworks, templates, documentation, and technologies to drive process consistency, quality, and standardization, and communicating expectations to stakeholders.
  • Support the Directors in the respective functions to develop, manage continuous improvement strategy and identify continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Skills for Success: 

 

  • Degree in Accountancy or Business Management/ Administration
  • 5 years of working experience on projects for process improvements or system implementation (preferably a background in the Telecommunication industry)
  • Basic Accounting training
  • MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Able to review processes and identify areas for improvement/automation
  • Critical thinker with an innovative and growth mindset
  • Effective communication and presentation skills alongside stakeholder management
  • Good time management and a team player
  • MS Office Proficiency
  • Workflow drawing and documentation writing (including communications and training guides)
