Job Description: Manager, Customer Intelligence (Customer Insights/TV Customer Care)


About the Team:


The Singtel Customer Intelligence team contributes to the enhancement of reporting and analytics capabilities of all departments within Consumer Operations. It is an agile and dynamic team that plays a pivotal role in delivering critical insights and rigorous tracking for Operations to improve efficiencies, reduce costs and enrich customer experience.


About the role:


As a Customer Intelligence Manager, you will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of:

  • web reports, dashboards, infographics and geo-spatial analytics
  • propensity models that complements web analytical reports and provide fresh insights
  • Text mining and NLP to extract information from text-based channels


You will also be overseeing the data enrichment of Consumer Operations and overall organization data infrastructure:


  • Key Business Analyst for data sourcing of new Operations systems
  • Exploration of data and developing new marts from data across multiple source systems


You will also be working with Big Data infrastructure team to deliver technical solutions that will help business cases for Consumer Operations


About You


  • Suitable candidate needs to have a Degree in relevant fields with strong passion for analytics
  • You must have experience in predictive modelling and a proven track record demonstrating your ability to apply analytics in business
  • Strong understanding of text mining, Natural Language Processing (NLP) and other Data Mining tools like Regular Expression (regex), Tableau (or similar tools eg. Splitfire, Qlikeview is a must
  • Knowledge in SQL, R, Python and advanced data wrangling skills are also preferred
