Customer Intelligence Manager

  • Contribute to setting up the capabilities to provide key customer insights to the operations, businesses and support units within Consumer Operations
  • Design, development and implementation of
    • web reports, dashboards, infographics and geo-spatial analytics
    • propensity models that complements web analytical reports and provide fresh insights
    • Text mining and NLP to extract information from text-based channels
  • Oversee the data enrichment of Consumer Operations and overall organization data infrastructure:
    • Key SPOC of new Consumer Operations-related data sources into EDW
    • Exploration of data and developing new marts with BCC data
  • Work with Big Data infrastructure team to deliver technical solutions that will help business cases for Consumer Operations

 

The Ideal Candidate

  • Degree in relevant fields
  • Strong passion for analytics; aware of latest tech available and how they can be applied
  • Have demonstrated ability to apply analytics in business
  • Strong understanding of text mining and NLP (natural language processing)
  • Experience in predictive modelling
  • Advanced data wrangling skills
  • Knowledge in SQL, R or Python
  • Familiar with Data Mining tools, Regular Expression (regex), Tableau (or similar tools eg. Spitfire, Qlikview)
