What will your typical day look like?

  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders to facilitate and support smooth onboarding and enablement for customers.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to build strong service relationships with customers.
  • Attend monthly customers’ meetings and follow up on any areas/matters of concerns.
  • Conduct monthly review of SLAs with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure SLA are met.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure all systems/environmental data as per required under the SLA are provided to customers in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide regular and timely update to customers on all matters that may affect customers’ DC operations, including major works and major maintenance activities.
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders to perform systems technical analysis to improve service delivery to customers and/or resolve any technical challenges that customers may be facing with our systems or facilities.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to facilitate and support customers’ audits.
  • Be the point of contact to customers for escalated operation matters.
  • Track and follow up closely with internal stakeholders on all incidents till its closure to ensure timely resolution of faults.
  • Perform data analysis on incidents and work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve recurring technical issues (if any) and prevent future reoccurrence.
  • Proactively engage relevant stakeholders to resolve/ease customers’ pain points (if any) and improve customers’ experience.
  • Regularly review existing processes for digitalization/automation opportunities in order to improve service turnaround time and productivity.


Is this you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
  • Minimum 5 years’ of working experience in Data Centre operations
  • Good understanding and knowledge of electrical & mechanical system design
  • Familiar with Data Centre sustainability, Data Centre operation and incident management
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Good communication skills with ability to negotiate, influence and persuade others
  • Able to work independently, proactively and is self- motivated
  • Excellent customer service management skills
