Champion data sharing initiatives across related entities, driving the end-to-end delivery of the data partnership lifecycle - across negotiation, contractual, experimentation, delivery and value realization. Drive key business objectives through data sharing, in accordance to regulatory, legal and data governance policies.
Make an Impact by
- Collect requirements, & translate/document into technical specifications for data sharing (Use Case/ Data/ Delivery)
- Compliance with Data Governance and Legal/ Regulatory framework, and in accordance to the established operationalization framework
- Solutioning/evaluation of Data solutions (data model/schema, data processing, desensitization/anonymization & infrastructure/delivery)
- Manage/maintain processes around collection, use, disclosure & storage of personal data (consent, controls, retention)
- Collaborate with IT for Deployment and Testing (UAT, BRT on data/ infra)
- Partnership’s Data Lifecycle Management
- storage, retention policies & compliance
- ensure the usability, integrity and security/controls of acquired data sources, in accordance to applicable regulatory, policy and contractual obligations
- L1 support in setting up DataOps & MLOps pipelines in IT environments
- logic & query requirements for data transfers
- data preparation for experimentation or clean-room sharing
- analysis & data discovery
Skills for Success
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data, Business Analytics or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experiences in the field of data, data partnerships, data governance
- Experience in Data, Privacy, Protection implementations & operationalization
- Experience in Big Data and associated platform / technology knowledge
- Experience with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal contracts
- SQL & Python
- Strong organizational skill & conscientious personality.
- Meticulous, proactive and dynamic with ability to work independently.
- Effective communication and people engagement skills.
