What you will do?

 

  • Governance Support
    • Assist in developing and maintaining governance frameworks aligned to NCS’s IT and Data strategy.
    • Support advisory activities on governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) matters.
    • Track and report on emerging regulatory trends (e.g., PDPA, cybersecurity, AI governance).

 

  • Policy Management
    • Contribute to policy lifecycle management, including reviews, updates, and documentation.
    • Coordinate with Legal, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Architecture teams to maintain policy architecture.

 

  • Audit Coordination
    • Support internal and external audits related to IT and Data governance.
    • Collate evidence, prepare audit responses, and track remediation actions.
    • Maintain documentation and assist with control testing.

 

  • Compliance & Controls
    • Monitor compliance controls across IT systems and data platforms.
    • Partner with audit and risk teams on assessments and remediation activities.
    • Maintain central repository of compliance evidence and artefacts.

 

  • AI Governance
    • Assist in administering governance processes for AI-enabled tools and platforms.
    • Support compliance assessments and responsible use guidelines.
    • Collaborate with Legal, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Architecture on AI-related risks.

 

  • Operational Excellence
    • Embed governance into system lifecycle processes.
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and reporting.
    • Promote pragmatic, scalable, and business-aligned governance practices.

 

  • Data Governance
    • Assist in reporting on Data Governance initiatives to stakeholders.
    • Support the enterprise Data Governance framework, including data ownership, quality, lifecycle management, privacy, and compliance.
    • Collaborate with Data Protection Officer (DPO), Group GRC, and Cyber teams on data protection compliance.
