We’re searching for a Governance & Operations Manager, Telco+ to be part of our diverse team of talent here at NCS!

Telco+, is a joint initiative (created as a new Strategic Business Unit) between Singtel and NCS to help telcos address their transformation needs to evolve into future digital telcos. The aim is to help telcos improve on operational efficiency and leverage insights-driven data to deliver enhanced customer experiences as well as to provide them enhanced capabilities to serve their enterprise customer segments. With the combined capabilities of Singtel and NCS’ expertise in digital and technology services, the new SBU has bold ambitions to be the service provider of choice for Telcos around the Asia Pacific and Middle East in helping them to re-invent themselves.

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Governance & Operations Manager. The Governance & Operations Manager will work closely with the project delivery leads, Line of Business (LOB) leads, and Telco+ senior leadership to provide governance and discipline operational processes across all Telco+ accounts.

What we seek to accomplish together:

• Monitor Telco+ accounts and projects health and providing management reporting to Telco+ Leadership on delivery, commercial and contractual status.
• Collaborating with other Line of Business (LOB) leads and Project Managers to ensure standard governance and prescribed operations processes are adhered to.
• Consolidate status reporting from LOBs and delivery programs for executive reporting.
• Working closely with Finance team to track Telco+ accounts financial performance. Track action points with delivery team.
• Devise and provide executive and operations report that enable Telco+ leadership to plan and execute effectively.

A little about you: 

• Project management and governance experience directly involved in medium and large projects.
• A minimum of 6-8 years’ experience in the project with financial literacy
• Strong sense of inquisitiveness and analytical skills
• Drive to an outcome and clear focus on meeting timelines
• Strong attention to detail and technicalities
• Excellent organizational and technical skills
• Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
