This position is responsible for facilitating the successful delivery of strategic, digitalisation, cross functional initiatives & programmes for the enterprise support functions in Singtel Group.



  •  Collaborate with business leaders and using data analytics to gather insights to identify process improvement, digitalisation, cost optimisation and customer experience improvement opportunities that will drive differentiation with long term sustainable value
  • To lead multiple teams of full-time and/or extended members (line representatives) to chart detailed project plans, manage the teams, manage the risks and implement the improvement opportunities identified
  • Design and manage journey and process maps that focus on enhancing experience within the vision of Singtel Group
  • As an advocate to organisational change management, always putting affected stakeholders first, leading the BUs to implement change with change impact and resistance managed and risk mitigated


The ideal candidate should have/ be:

  • Bachelor degree
  • Organization Change Management certified
  • At least 3 years relevant work experience with Service Innovation/Design, data-driven user/customer experience
  • Leading multiple operational excellence projects
  • Delivered at least 1 organization wide digitalisation project
  • Strong knowledge of Design Thinking, data/statistical analysis
  • Experience in co-creation, co-development of services utilising Agile, Lean Six Sigma or similar operational excellence methodologies
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively facilitate workshops & achieve set objectives
