Warehouse & Logistics Operations Management
- Manage warehousing, staging, delivery, and shipping functions and teams
- Organize and manage all logistics and administrative activities for smooth departmental operations
- Ensure maintenance of operating equipment including engraver, reach truck, and CCTV systems
- Plan and conduct internal stock counts; assist Finance with annual stock audit in March
- Work with Project Finance on non-stock inventory management and generate mid and month-end balance reports
- Oversee selected services for Bedok Office (e.g., copier and drinking water supplies) in coordination with Corporate Admin
Process Improvement & Digital Innovation
- Review and assess existing processes, systems, and workflows so as to drive innovation initiatives to modernize warehouse operations and adopt best practices
- Leverage technology solutions including micro tools, automation, and AI-powered tools to enhance operational efficiency
- Design, build, or implement digital tools and solutions to streamline warehouse operations
- Review and revise processes and procedures regularly for workflow optimization and continuous improvement
- Ensure quotes and comparisons for logistics machinery and equipment comply with company policy
- Process Statements of Work (SOW) for warehousing, staging, delivery, and shipping outsourcing
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures across all warehouse operations
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Project Teams, Purchaser, Finance, and DSO teams on additional requests (space, new plant, storage locations, etc.)
- Foster teamwork to meet requirements of internal customers (project teams)
- Process Requests for Quotation (RFQ) for delivery services for internal customers
- Process Goods Receipt Slips (GRS) for Singtel Projects delivered to Bedok warehouse
- Coordinate Security Clearance requirements for client projects
Team Leadership & People Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop warehouse team members
- Manage staff performance with regular reviews and feedback sessions
- Handle staff recruitment and workforce planning
- Serve as Time-Log administrator: create and review tasks assigned to team members
- Request and update SAP Financial System access for team members
- Update Corporate Admin on personnel processing Goods Receipts (GRs) for insurance purposes
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team
