Manager, My Singtel App (MSTA) Marketing & Content


The Manager, MSTA Marketing & Content plans, scopes and implements various content types into MSTA in alignment with overall platforms content strategy across Business Units and delivery partners. The incumbent will manage internal and external comms strategy for MSTA with the objective of raising overall awareness and relevance of the app with stakeholders. The role will contribute to overall MSTA drive for Monthly Activity User (MAU), app usage, self-serve contribution across key initiatives.



  • Co-create roadmap and content implementation into MSTA with Product Owner across FY22 key initiatives such as Rewards, Personalisation, App Awareness & Usage Drive
  • Close collaboration with delivery and experience partners such as Squad & DX on overall User Experience improvements and track scores
  • Co-drive internal and external comms roadmap with Digital Comms to increase app awareness
  • Co-drive planned improvements for User base, Usage and Self-serve contribution



  • Degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Marketing or related fields
  • Relevant work experience with apps / platforms / marketplaces / ecosystems
  • Demonstrated ability to liaise and negotiate with both internal and external stakeholders at different levels
  • Willingness to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment and be flexible with multi-tasking and changing priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal with an ability to articulate and influence key stakeholders / decision maker
  • Experience working as in an agile delivery environment (i.e. SCRUM) preferred
