Responsibilities:

 

  • This is an integrated role that works on in-base cross-sell and upsell efforts across core products (Mobile, Fibre and TV), as well as penetration of non-core products to provide solutions across customer profiles to continuously drive revenue and household/customer ARPU.
  • Use data-centric insight generation and customer journey mapping to find comms opportunities to delight the customer and enhance the stickiness of our products and services.
  • Identifying new opportunities to drive revenue across existing base and drive and support all Go-To-Market plans.
  • Develop, enhance, and execute programs to connect with the target audience across platforms, in both online and offline environment. This includes the evaluation of the effectiveness of the marketing plans in place to enable data-driven marketing.
  • Develop full year planning for drive incremental revenue for Singtel base that include communication strategies, media strategies and A&P budget.
  • Responsible for improving branding imagery, aligning brand guidelines across other marketing functions and provide a strong brand experience to Singtel’s product, especially for Fibre Broadband and its complementary products and services. 
  • Full accountability in supporting key business drivers KPIs that include Gross Adds, ARPU, revenue for Singtel core products and Add-ons.

 

Requirement:

 

  • BSC marketing and/or communications
  • At least 5 years in digital marketing/communications experience.
  • Good knowledge of customer journey mapping to apply information about customer segmentation and customer journey into targeting strategies and communications for effective upselling and cross-selling
  • Good understanding of digital ads that includes creation, formats & copywriting.
  • Good understanding of marketing funnel to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns across omnichannel business.
  • Good experience in ATL & BTL marketing activities.
  • Experience in a fast pace environment.
