  • Maintain and document PMO service processes.
  • Maintain Knowledge Management System for best practices and lessons learnt.
  • Maintain and update Performance Score Cards.
  • Capacity & Resource Management.
  • Drive, participate and/or implement PMO related initiatives.
  • Analyse portfolio’s quality compliance performance based on PMO cadences and provide recommendation(s) for improvement.
  • Submit weekly/monthly reports to PMO Portfolio Manager.
  • Participate in pre-sales (bids)
    • Provide guidance on project management best practices and PMTT methodologies;
    • Review compliance requirements;
    • Provide Project Manager’s man-effort sizing;
    • Provide response(s) on RFP clarifications specific to Project Management domain;
    • Provide write-ups for RFP submissions specific to Project Management domain.
  • Execute lean analysis for AS-IS processes and provide recommendations on process improvements for To-Be system.


The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Diploma qualification in Electronics Engineering/Telecommunications or ICT area OR equivalent experience.
  • Min 5 years of work experience in either ICT Infrastructure OR Telecommunications industry (preferred);
  • Min 3 years of relevant Project or Portfolio Management experience;
  • Good understanding and experienced in Transition & Transformation project governance models and methodologies.
  • Good working knowledge of using Project & Portfolio Management tools.
  • Demonstrated ability and a proven record of working with customers and 3rd party vendors at Senior & Executive Management level.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team of resources.
  • Strong people management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
