We are seeking a dedicated and innovative People Experience (PX) Manager with a strong focus on designing and executing employee-focused company-led events. This role will be responsible for creating and implementing initiatives that enhance engagement, connection, and a sense of belonging within the organization through thoughtfully curated events and experiences.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a strategic plan for company-led employee events that align with business goals and enhance company culture.
  • End-to-End Event Execution: Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of employee engagement events, including town halls, recognition ceremonies, team-building activities, and company-wide celebrations.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture Building: Design and implement events that foster inclusivity, collaboration, and a strong sense of community within the organization.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, Communications, Leadership, and cross-functional teams to align events with key company initiatives and objectives.
  • Budget & Vendor Management: Oversee event budgets, negotiate with vendors, and ensure cost-effective and high-quality execution of employee events.
  • Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Gather employee feedback post-events, analyze effectiveness, and refine future initiatives based on insights.
  • Internal Communications & Promotion: Develop communication strategies to ensure strong employee participation and awareness of events and initiatives.
  • Hybrid & Virtual Event Management: Design engaging virtual and hybrid experiences to support a globally dispersed workforce.
  • Diversity & Inclusion Focus: Ensure all events are inclusive and reflect the diverse needs and preferences of employees.

 

The ideal candidate should have/be:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
  • IHRP certified
  • 5+ years of experience in Employee Experience, HR, Event Planning, or Organizational Development.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing impactful employee engagement events.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to leverage HR technology and communication platforms for event coordination and promotion.
