Manager, Product Development & Delivery

  • Develop and execute end-to-end project plan that includes project scope, milestones, timeline, stakeholders for on-boarding of new partners based on inputs and requirements from the Commercial, Finance, Legal, Technical, Operations and Marketing teams; as well as ensure 100% compliance with corporate, delivery and production governance processes
  • Drive project review with cross-functional/organisational teams on a regular basis; ensuring timelines and milestones are achieved. Provide weekly project status update to management
  • End-to-end accountability for ensuring delivery meets business and customer expectation through agreed SLA’s. Ensure that projects delivered are fit for purpose; and within cost structure
  • Identify and manage key risks pre-emptively, analyse their potential impacts and escalate issues when necessary
  • Develop and execute end-to-end test plans and secure test resources for SIT, UAT, BRT and User Trial to achieve successful integration with partners
  • Participate in product cutovers and post launch service monitoring/verifications. Ensure smooth handover of project upon successful completion of BRT/User Trial to the operations team
  • Establish an effective relationship engagement with external vendors to ensure efficient operations
  • Work with Data Analytics team to identify issues/drive solution to scale the business through customer insights and market trends
  • Formulate product vision and strategy; Translate business strategies and insights into relevant and innovative product features


The Ideal Candidate should possess the following:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in delivering complex cross-organisational technical systems integration projects
  • Project management skill
  • Knowledge on offline/online and mobile payment system
  • Stakeholders management
  • Analytical skills with an eye for details
  • Strong domain knowledge of mobile commerce, app store and other digital payments would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to build good rapport and collaborative partnership with industry partners and across all levels of staff
