Accountable for planning, structuring, leading and executing multiple key programs to enable Quality Management and IT Governance capabilities within Singtel Group IT PMO.

 

  • Lead, communicate and implement quality in IT delivery and technical capabilities via process enhancements, tool optimization, people training, change management to ensure risks mitigation, compliance adherence and benefit realization are addressed
  • Custodian of the established Group IT Quality Management System (QMS) – i.e. policies, methodologies, procedures and processes, and coordinate with respective IT policy and process owners to ensure content up-to-date and latest version
  • Provide advisory to IT project and technical delivery teams on best practices, compliance requirements and process tailoring requirements on project delivery and SDLC methodologies e.g. waterfall, hybrid, agile
  • Build relationships with internal & external stakeholders and resolves any issues associated with the consulting and IT solution/project delivery activity and service management.
  • Plan, conduct and report audit or quality review on IT inflight projects at phase exit criteria, implemented via waterfall and agile, to assess adherence to project delivery methodology
  • Monitor overall project status, measure effectiveness of processes and report to the management via tool dashboards
  • Coach and train Group IT staff on processes, templates, tools, standards and ensure adoption
  • Drive and implement process improvements on project delivery and SDLC methodologies

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Information Systems or equivalent
  • Certification in any of industry process frameworks – e.g. ISO 9001:2015, CMMi, COBIT, ITIL
  • Good to have PMP Certified or Agile/Scrum certified
  • 7+ years on process IT quality management and audits 
  • Experience with IT Agile and waterfall project/solution delivery methodologies
  • Experience with IT service management processes
  • Experience in driving IT process improvements
  • Good to have experience working in outsourced and offshore project models
