You will be part of a dynamic team to develop, promote and implement programs that enhance our employees’ well-being aligned with our Group purpose and values. You will network and engage with leaders and employees to support Group People & Sustainability in the understanding and design of our benefits and well-being strategy, framework, and initiatives. We embrace innovation and welcome novel ideas that can help to empower our people to be at their best both personally and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and benchmarking exercise, evaluate trends and provide recommendations and insights to develop benefits and well-being programmes and practices that align with organizational objectives and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Participate in the reviewing, designing, and implementing a comprehensive benefits and well-being strategy and framework.
- Generate and implement innovative and engaging initiatives that drive the strategy to support employee holistic wellbeing (physical, mental, financial, social inclusion and professional).
- Design and curate programs and resources to empower our people to take ownership of their well-being.
- Foster open communication and close collaborations with internal teams and employees to gather insights and feedback.
- Manage external vendors to ensure effective program delivery and to implement and promote initiatives that support the work environment and culture.
- Continuously enhance the effectiveness and relevance of benefits and well-being policies, programmes, and initiatives by measuring and evaluating impact, and leveraging insights to drive data-driven decisions and improvements.
- Ensure that policies, programmes and initiatives comply with relevant regulations, while identifying and mitigating potential risks where applicable.
- Participate in Rewards & Well-Being team projects and tasks assigned.
The ideal candidate should be/have:
- Degree in Human Resources or related discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- IHRP Certified.
- Agile and resourceful, enjoys creation of engaging and innovative programs and initiatives.
- Good project planning and management skills with strong attention to details.
- Ability to multi-task, and work in a collaborative and hands-on approach to get work done.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of integrity/confidentiality in handling sensitive employee & organizational information.
