Key Responsibilities

 

  • Responsible for the Go-to-Market plan and execution of 360 integrated marketing comms to retain Dash Foreign Workforce segment and remittance users in the different corridors 
  • Plan and execute calendar of campaigns for the year by corridors to ensure top of mind awareness during key corridor periods and drive through the funnel efforts that is measurable and trackable 
  • Lead discussions with media agency and own earned, organic and paid media marketing initiatives while ensuring budget spends are optimise and cost efficient.
  • Partner with Remittance and Business Analytics team to identify market opportunities and areas of improvement to grow our market penetration within the Singapore foreign workforce base (Blue/White Collar) and be the marketing custodian to drive incremental growth and revenue in this segment
  • Own the market intelligence and insights (remittance behaviours, trends, issues, product gaps, etc) and incorporate these insights into executable retention marketing plans and tactics to drive retention growth
  • Consistent monitoring of marketing performance of key indicators of the remittance business including post campaign reviews and monthly reports for management update

 

 

The Ideal Candidate 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field 
  • More than 5 years of experience in B2C marketing or similar disciplines
  • Experience in Product and/or Segment Marketing is a plus
  • Strong analytical, planning and organizing skills 
  • Strong collaborator and team player with the desire to work with others for broader success
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experienced in working across cross functional teams and within tight deadlines with the ability to manage external and internal stakeholders
  • Strong outcome oriented and drive for results 
  • Suited to fast paced, dynamic work environment and able to operate successfully in a rapidly changing, ambiguous and undefined environment
  • Proficient and comfortable working on Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
