Make an Impact by

• Response to customer RFI.
• Verify vendor quotation and provide costing for RFP
• Design and solutioning for fit out works.
• Support the fit-out PM from initiation to completion of the project.
• Work closely with the PM, consultant & contractors towards timely delivery of projects.
• Manage relationships with fit-out vendors and contractors and contract negotiations.
• Work closely with the PM to control the project funding, cashflow and forecast expenditure.
• Support sourcing & procuring of engineering services.
• Drafting of SOW and requirement specification.
• Prepare sourcing, recommendation, and approval paper.
• Influence the testing and commissioning team to perform the commissioning tests in accordance to the testing requirements.

Skills for Success

• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or relevant discipline. Master's degree or PE is a plus.
• Prefer to be with data centre experience.
• Ability in reading and understand the design and construction engineering drawings.
• Knowledgeable in various M&E critical systems (e.g. ACMV, electrical, BMS, fire protection etc) requirement including testing and commissioning (i.e. FAT, SAT, IST).
• Willing to walk the ground to verify the field progress and engage staffs.
• A team player who is also able to work independently.
• Conversant with Microsoft Office and familiar with AutoCAD.
