What will your typical day look like?

• Liaise with respective stakeholders to monitor stock inventory for Singnet.
• Work with internal teams and ensure stocks requested are accurately and timely delivered.
• Coordinate with internal departments for new project initiatives (e.g.,PM, PD, Finance etc)
• Assist in preparation and involvement of stock takes and reconciliation activities for Singnet
• Manage operations including work with IT & stakeholders in problem solving, process mapping, etc. 
• Tracking and generation of weekly and monthly reports
• Required to visit 3PL warehouse and observe the processes and feedback on improvements
• Expedite processing for stocks meant for refurbishment. Monitor all DOA (Dead On Arrival) stocks and assist in following up with the respective stakeholder.
• Monitor delivery cost and assist to consolidate or postpone to save delivery cost.
• Manage bi-annual stock take in warehouse including STB reconciliation

Is this you?

• Degree / Diploma preferably in Supply Chain or similar discipline
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Has prior SAP knowledge
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good problem-solving skills
• To be able to work under stress and multi-task
• Attention to details and accuracy
• Affinity for numbers
