What You’ll Do

• Support the development and drive the execution of talent management strategies aligned with business priorities
• Partner with business and HR leaders to identify critical roles and build sustainable talent pipelines
• Lead talent reviews and support succession planning to identify and develop high-potential talent
• Design and implement leadership development programmes anchored on Singtel’s SCORE framework
• Drive initiatives to enhance talent engagement, retention, and belonging
• Enable career mobility and development opportunities across the organisation
• Support early talent programmes and employer branding initiatives
• Leverage data, analytics, and AI to generate talent insights and support decision-making
• Support DEI initiatives to foster an inclusive and high-performing culture
• Lead and contribute to key talent management projects

What We’re Looking For

• Relevant tertiary education and IHRP accreditation
• Experience in talent management, leadership development, or HR strategy
• Strong strategic thinking with execution capability
• Confidence partnering and influencing senior stakeholders
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to generate actionable insights
• Interest in AI and innovative talent practices
• Hands-on, adaptable, and solutions-oriented approach
• Passion for people development and building inclusive workplaces
