Reporting to Senior Manager, Talent Management and working in partnership with the Group Talent Management team, HR business partners and business leaders in a dynamic, high performing multinational business environment.

Key Responsibilities & Key Result Areas


Talent Management
•    Support in the Talent Management process/initiatives: identification of talents, succession planning, development and engagement
•    Propose & deploy specific program’s & initiatives for our talent population


•    Maintain the talent database that includes talent data, rotation, international assignment and performance records, etc.
•    Generate reports and fact sheets from HRIS databases for monthly, quarterly and ad hoc management reporting.
•    Procurement and arrangement of development program for talents
•    Perform any other duties as requested in a diligent and conscientious manner.

The ideal candidate should have/ be:
•    Degree holder with minimum of 3 to 5 years in HR areas such as talent management, learning & development or HR Business partnering
•    Strong in operationalizing talent and/or HR initiatives in a dynamic environment 
•    Strong relationship builder; adept at building rapport and influencing team members, peers and stakeholders such as HR business partners and talents 
•    Must be comfortable and be able to thrive by working effectively with others in a team.
•    Service oriented and must possess strong attention to detail 
•    Able to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic, multi-national environment
•    Comfortable working with numbers and data
