The Manager, Cloud Product & Partnerships, supports the Product Director in managing assigned ICT product and partner solution workstreams. The role is responsible for coordinating partner onboarding, preparing commercial and pricing analysis, supporting contract closure, assisting with product readiness, and enabling sales teams with relevant product information.

 

The role will work closely with partners, Sales, Legal, Finance, Risk, Operations and IT teams to ensure assigned partner solutions and IDS-developed products are progressed in a structured and timely manner. The role is expected to manage day-to-day follow-ups independently, while escalating strategic, commercial, legal or risk-related decisions to the Product Director for review and approval.

Partner Onboarding and Coordination

  • Support the onboarding of assigned partners, including NDA, compliance checks, internal approvals and operational readiness.
  • Maintain onboarding trackers, action logs and timelines for assigned partner workstreams.
  • Coordinate follow-ups with partners and internal stakeholders to ensure required information and documents are provided.
  • Track open issues and escalate delays, risks or unresolved matters to the Product Director.
  • Ensure assigned partner workstreams are progressed in an organised and timely manner.

 

Commercial and Pricing Support

  • Prepare pricing, margin and commercial analysis for assigned partner solutions.
  • Support commercial discussions with partners within approved pricing and margin guidelines.
  • Compare commercial options and highlight key considerations for management review.
  • Assist in preparing business case materials, approval papers and supporting analysis.
  • Escalate pricing exceptions, non-standard terms or margin concerns to the Product Director.

 

Contract and Internal Approval Support

  • Coordinate contract review activities with Legal, Finance, Risk and other internal stakeholders.
  • Track outstanding contract issues, approval items and signature status.
  • Support the preparation of product schedules, commercial schedules and related contract inputs.
  • Follow through on contract execution steps until closure.
  • Escalate material legal, risk or commercial issues to the Product Director for decision.

 

Product Readiness and Sales Enablement

  • Support product readiness activities for assigned partner solutions and IDS-developed products.
  • Prepare and maintain product information, sales enablement materials, FAQs and basic solution documentation.
  • Coordinate UAT activities, defect tracking and launch readiness follow-ups where required.
  • Support Sales with product clarifications, partner information, pricing inputs and proposal-related queries.
  • Help translate partner solution capabilities into simple customer use cases and business value messages.

 

Partner Performance Tracking and Business Support

  • Prepare partner review decks, pipeline updates, meeting notes and action trackers.
  • Monitor assigned partner progress, sales pipeline, customer feedback and operational issues.
  • Support regular partner business review discussions and follow-up actions.
  • Research potential new partners and prepare initial evaluation materials.
  • Identify potential upsell, cross-sell or co-sell opportunities for further review by the Product Director.

 

Skills for Success

 

  • Degree or diploma in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing or a related discipline.
  • 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in ICT product/solution management, partner management or commercial support roles.
  • Experience coordinating with vendors, partners, internal stakeholders and sales teams.
  • Certification in cloud, product management, project management, Agile or business analysis. Examples include AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, PMP, Scrum or product management certification.
  • Good understanding of ICT products and partner-led solution models.
  • Able to prepare pricing and margin analysis, support commercial discussions, coordinate contract follow-ups and prepare business review materials.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and business documentation.
  • Able to understand product features, customer use cases and operational requirements.
