Make an Impact by:

• Manage lifecycle of the network and refresh equipment at appropriate time to prevent network failure.
• Manage system capacity to ensure that the network performance meets the Service Level Agreements offered to customers.
• Evaluation of new products and technologies for new services rollout.
• Manage equipment vendors, purchase equipment through tendering process and administer supplier's contract.
• Issue work instructions to the various internal team to execute job activities in the live production network.
• Gathers and evaluates the requirements from the various functional entities and formulates the technical specifications and solution.
• Provide support for customers RFQ/RFP, validate new customers request through testing before committing to RFQ/RFP.
• Perform system major software upgrade testing for existing and new feature before production deployment.

Skills for Success

• Degree in Engineering majoring in Computer Science, IP networking or telecommunications/mobile communication
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Computer Networking
• Telecommunications knowledge e,g. IP Centrex/IMS
• Project Management cert
• Basic Financial and legal contracts knowledge.
