You will shape how Singtel Singapore communicates, engages, and mobilises its people. This role owns the end to end employee engagement suite for the CEO Office, from narrative strategy and creative concept development to multi channel delivery and the production of high impact events.

You will build a modern internal communications operating model that treats every channel and every event as a crafted experience. You will make complex change clear, motivating, and actionable, using insight, strong design judgement, and disciplined delivery.

AI augmentation is mandatory in this role. You will use approved AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, design exploration, personalisation, measurement, and continuous optimisation, while applying strong editorial standards and responsible governance.

 

Make an Impact by

 

Narrative and planning

  • Build the internal narrative and message architecture aligned to CEO Office priorities, change programmes, and culture goals.
  • Translate strategy into annual and quarterly communication plans with clear audiences, objectives, channel choices, and success measures.

Channel ownership and content delivery

  • Own and optimise the full channel ecosystem, including Espresso, newsletters, EDMs, Teams updates, leader mailboxes, video, digital signage, print, and live and hybrid moments.
  • Maintain strong brand, visual, and editorial standards, ensuring content is current, clear, and designed for engagement.
  • Partner across the business to source, shape, and publish stories that connect employees to organisational priorities.

Event experience design and delivery

  • Lead concept and experience design for major events, shaping theme, story arc, staging, interaction, and show flow.
  • Own end to end delivery for key moments such as townhalls, staff function, leadership workshops, and innovation showcases, including vendors, budgets, run sheets, rehearsals, and on the day execution.

Culture and change mobilisation

  • Design and deliver culture and change campaigns that drive understanding and adoption of desired behaviours.
  • Mobilise Culture Champions and Ambassadors to deliver consistent grassroots execution across the organisation.

Measurement and optimisation

  • Define and report an engagement measurement framework across channels, events, and campaigns.
  • Use insights and experimentation to continuously improve message cut through, participation, sentiment, and action.

AI augmented delivery (mandatory)

  • Use approved AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, creative exploration, personalisation, translation, repurposing, captioning, and measurement.
  • Maintain a clear human in the loop review process, strong editorial judgement, and compliance with governance, data protection, and IP requirements.

I Am Digitally Ready (IADR) programme responsibilities

  • Own end to end management of the IADR programme, with accountability for planning, delivery, and impact reporting.
  • Manage external delivery commitments under formal agreements, including workshop cadence, partner coordination, and reporting.
  • Oversee logistics for larger and more frequent events, including leadership participation, Ambassador mobilisation, and volunteer and emcee readiness.
  • Partner with IMDA to review, refresh, and update the curriculum, ensuring it remains current, relevant, and aligned to programme outcomes.

 

Skills for Success

  • 5+ years of experience in internal communications, PR, marketing and communications, or change communications.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills, with strong storytelling and editorial judgement.
  • Strong design and production capability across posters, EDMs, slide narratives, and video editing, with a sharp eye for aesthetics.
  • Proven experience designing and producing large scale internal events and leadership engagements.
  • Stakeholder management confidence with senior leaders, including the ability to advise, challenge, and align.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Measurement literacy, including defining metrics and translating engagement insight into improvement actions.
  • AI literacy is mandatory, including hands on use of approved tools such as Microsoft Copilot or equivalent, and the ability to design safe, repeatable AI assisted workflows.
  • Portfolio of work demonstrating the ability to tell complex stories in relatable terms across multiple formats.
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in planning and running change management programmes or transformation programmes is an advantage.
