Manager of Deposits (Digital Bank)

The day-to-day activities:
•    Execute the strategic planning rhythm to ensure follow-through of the functional deliverables via discussions, updates and action-tracking
•    Work with the business head on relevant business products for the target segment
•    Drive acquisition, activation and usage, retention, cross sell and upsell
•    Work with operations/tech on end to end delivery of service
•    Work with service to ensure best in class service delivery
•    Responsible to drive NPS/customer satisfaction
•    Ensure all products fulfil all regulatory requirements
•    Work with the business head to define system specifications and participate in UAT testing for new and enhanced products.
•    Drive digitalization initiatives to automate processes as part of the overall wealth capability roadmap.
•    Work closely with the various Products team, Sales & Distribution to explore new financing initiatives on product launches.
•    Perform periodic review, update and implementation of compliance control in accordance to Bank's standards.
•    Keep abreast with market updates to ensure product relevancy.

The must haves:
•    A degree with good honours from a top tier university in any discipline
•    Min 10 years of banking experience in the area of Deposits products
•    Well-developed communication skills to interact with broad ranges of audiences
•    Ability to look beyond individual issues to identify broader themes with wider-reaching impact
•    Great presentation and communication skills
•    Experience in project managing complex, cross-functional projects
•    Creativity and comfortable with ‘blank sheet of paper’ assignments
•    A natural leader who displays integrity, humility and responsibility, with excellent interpersonal skills
•    Ability to empathise and collaborate with stakeholders across functions and at all levels of experience
•    A self-starter and independent learner who takes the initiative to challenge the status quo. 
•    Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to effectively network within the industry and the overall Digital Bank business
•    Ambitious, self-driven and highly motivated individual who can work well in a startup VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) environment. Should have a deep desire to excel and develop a career in a fast growing tech company. Should have demonstrated integrity and respect in the performance of their duties.
