We’re looking for Customer Care Officer who loves solving problems and creating long term customer relationships. This is a great opportunity if you are passionate about customer support and the role it plays in making a customer-centric team successful.

 

Make an Impact by:

  • Follow script to execute telephone interviews/ survey with customers for mobile, broadband and TV products.
  • Take detail remarks during the interview and recording them on a template.
  • Transfer recorded data onto a cloud based research platform.
  • Forward customer complaints to research Manager/research associate.

 

Skills for Success:

  • At least Diploma in Business Admin or relevant course. 
  • Preferably with at least one year working experience in customer service or contact centre.
  • Entry level applicant are also encouraged to apply.
  • Customer oriented with good interpersonal and good communication skills in English.
  • Able to identify customer's needs through conversation.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office.
  • Self starter, and willingness to learn new things.
