We are looking for a highly motivated individual that has proven track record to take on a leadership position in Global Sales. Join us as Market Maker, based in Singapore or Australia offices, and create your own success story by making a difference for our clients and people globally.

 

Position summary:

This is a leadership role and as one of the leading sales specialists within NCS, your key mandate is to:

  • Deal Maker: drive our largest and most strategic campaigns across our markets where you will work with clients and client teams throughout Asia-Pacific. You will manage large scale deals from pitch to closure.
  • Deal Strategist: lead Opportunity Origination, Win Strategies, Price to Win sessions, Black Hat reviews and other strategic opportunity events.
  • Deal Shaper: structure our most complex commercial arrangements to optimise value for stakeholders.
  • Deal Mentor: provide formal coaching for sales professionals and contribute to the continuous improvement of NCS’ sales methodology, templates and tools.

  • Exceptional track-record in sales/structuring of large consulting, systems integration and/or large-scale professional service programs
  • Strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, “C-level” presence and strategic thinking to oversee complex competitive campaigns
  • Expertise in sophisticated deal shaping that optimises stakeholder value supported by your skills in establishing a credible price to win
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, written and oral communication and an ability to optimise team performance

 

The ideal profile should have / be:

  • Degree in Finance, Engineering, Business, Law, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
  • At least 7 years’ experience in a campaign management/sales leadership with a proven track record  of closing major professional service deals – likely derived from your time with a tier-1 management consulting, technology consulting, system integrator or professional services firm
  • Strong collaboration and teaming experience, and ability to work with senior leadership - externally and internally, as well as operational and working level executives.
  • Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills - capable of engaging with people across all levels of a large, complex, fast moving organisation undergoing constant transformation to stay market relevant
