Make an Impact by

 

  • Develop and implement campaigns using marketing technology automation software and platforms like Oracle Marketing Cloud, Enterprise data warehouse and Adobe Experience Manager to stimulate usage and engagement with in-base customers.
  • Develop effective real-time and batch campaigns to support key business drivers including gross adds, churn save, increase incremental uptake and etc.
  • Leveraging on advanced data analysis and data visualization tools to ideate, analyse, personalize offers and optimize campaigns’ performance to achieve business goals.
  • Execute targeted data-driven decision based upsell and cross-sell campaigns, enhancing customer engagement through personalized marketing strategies.
  • Manage the in-app rewards platform to drive higher engagement rate with the base.
  • Supporting campaign launches and post launch with GTM plan which includes memo creation, updating internal documents, SMS broadcasts, customer complaints and etc.

 

Skills for Success

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, analytics, or similar fields
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Customer Lifecycle Management or Customer Value Management
  • Proficient in SQL, Tableau, Power BI or other data tools
  • Proficient in using CLM Tools (Oracle marketing cloud, Knowesis, Salesforce etc.)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel – Pivot table, v-lookup, formulas)
  • Experience in in-base campaign management
  • Sharp analytical skills and strong business acumen
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Strong orientation to drive measurable results
