Marketing Communications Executive (Agency Contract)

Responsibilities:

  • To develop effective marketing and communication strategies and recommend a suitable Go-To-Market communications plan for new products/services.
  • To manage and execute new, non-traditional, marketing channels to achieve objectives of building brand awareness, shaping perceptions, and driving purchase behaviour and nurturing brand loyalty.
  • Work closely with creative agencies and through-the-line campaigns that include advertising, websites, social media, promotions and on ground activation.
  • To manage and execute retail-related communications to aid retail operations, including and not limited to In-store POS, visual display and flyers.
  • To work closely with multiple internal stakeholders such as Product Marketing and Sales teams to ensure that campaigns are in synergy with the business objectives
  • To develop effective communication campaign(s) such as the ‘Retail Always On’ campaign for mobile devices and mobile plans, focused on driving new customer acquisition
  • To work closely with the media agencies to deliver the FY digital targets, weekly digital optimisation and executing creative updates/test on digital, webpage update/tagging and updating on DCO templates.
  • Have experience in multiple stakeholder management
  • To manage allocated marketing budgets for various campaigns and activities.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing and Communication with 2-3 years’ experience, in fast-paced marketing environment, either in marketing agency or corporate environment, and ideally with experience in consumer business and/or omnichannel brands.
  • Hands-on experience in creative development and copywriting for digital ads.
  • Strong marketing, analytical and promotion skills
  • Good presentation and good interpersonal skills

  • Problem-solver, result-driven and highly motivated individual with positive disposition and energy, resilience in the face of negative sentiment
  • A team player with strong project management skill with attention to details
