​​​​Looking for a martech role? Look no further than Singtel's Marketing Enablement and Operations Manager position! The individual will be part of the Digital Content and Marketing Team.

Reporting to the Associate Director, Digital and Field Marketing, you will support the manager to focus on B2B marketing enablement and operations excellence through structured evaluation, evolution and adoption in people, process and technology that will protect and amplify marketing returns. Candidate will need to have an acute understanding of marketing technology stack, business needs and marketing operational processes, and good dexterity to work through problems and processes to achieve intended outcome, working in partnership with the Line of Business.

  • Marketing automation Campaign
    • Set up of campaign workflow and emails in marketing automation platform (Adobe Campaign)
    • Brief and manage the work with internal and external execution teams to build out and execute the tactics including but not limited to paid and social media, SEO, nurture campaigns and landing pages.
    • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
    • Participate in budgeting and vendor management to minimize costs while maintaining quality work


  • Project Management
    • Plans/manages projects that are focused on development, implementation or upgrade of internal application and processes effectively.
    • Troubleshoot problems/tasks in delivery of a specific project or service.
    • Identify tasks, determine dependencies, identify and assign specific resources, communicate expectations to team members, obtain task effort and duration estimates from team members, and create/track the project schedule
    • Review user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity.
    • Plans and schedules work to meet deadlines established by others to ensure the completion of several related tasks
    • Uses judgement in data analysis to develop and design solutions for moderately complex processes.


  • Marketing and Technology governance
    • Liaison with internal IT team and external partners on enhancing and trouble-shooting existing Martech stack e.g. chatbot, marketing automation, GA, AEM.
    • SPOC to ensure data security, integrity and compliance.
    • Seek and recommend new technologies to enhance customer experience
    • Advisory on marketing technologies for business users.
  • Leverage Martech to improve operation and streamline the process
    • Exploratory, recommendation and implementation of new technology to enable customer experience and process improvement.
    • Ensure operational continuity of platforms by prioritizing, commissioning and managing platform Incidents and Change Requests( ie Salesforce, raise ticket in IT assist)
    • Assess risk and identify issues. Monitor progress against schedule. Coordinate resources with other functions.


Skills for Success

  • Computer Science / Marketing degree/ Project Management (PmP, ITIL)
  • 5 to 8 years of IT solutions & Digital marketing experience. 
  • Experienced in System integrator environments, focusing on Enterprise Customer Segments that needs complex IT solutions and services, ranging from Data centre, outsourcing and managed services.
  • Ability to work with agencies and industry and MNC partners.
  • Deep hands-on planning and project executional experience for inhouse project or agency projects.
  • Local and regional marketing experiences in a B2B tech industry.   
  • Data driven analysis competencies
  • Adobe stack such as Adobe Campaign, AEM, and SEO, SEM, Google Analytics
  • Project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex and dynamic environment and focus on the delivery of results in the form of engagement, leads and sales
