Join our Network Delivery Office based In Macquarie Park, Sydney to manage integrated schedules for large, complex network programs. You’ll ensure accurate forecasting, resource alignment, and timely delivery across multiple teams and vendors.
What You’ll Do
- Develop, track, and report on project schedules and milestones.
- Consolidate inputs from multiple work streams into a master schedule.
- Identify and manage scheduling risks and dependencies.
- Facilitate schedule workshops and manage resource levelling.
- Provide schedule insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Support change management and deliver weekly reports on progress and resourcing.
What You Bring
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Project and project scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6, ServiceNow SPM).
- Strong understanding of project methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2) and dependency types.
- Experience managing complex, multi-level schedules and interdependencies.
- Skilled in scenario planning, risk analysis, and stakeholder communication.
- In depth experience in IT, telecommunications, or financial sectors.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications.
