As the Associate Director - Optimisation, you will lead operational excellence across the function, driving technology optimisation, AI integration, continuous improvement, and strategic initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Director, Collections & Recoveries, you will enhance performance, strengthen governance, and enable teams to focus on delivering strong business outcomes.

 

What You’ll Do | Your day to day will consist of

  • Lead the identification, development, and embedment of FICO strategy opportunities across the Collections & Recoveries function.
  • Collaborate with analytics and IT teams to ensure accounts are flowing through the collections system as built.
  • Champion the continuous optimisation of collections strategies within FICO.
  • Manage the Collections & Recoveries technology roadmap from an operational perspective.

  • Established background in managing technology improvement, AI implementation, and oversight of vendors within collections operations.
  • Outstanding ability to balance commercial performance, customer experience, and regulatory integrity.
  • Demonstrated leadership strength with an emphasis on encouraging consistent improvement and operational excellence.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams and collaborators.
