As a Fulfilment Delivery Consultant, you'll coordinate and deliver change activities across Optus Business customers' networks and solutions, ensuring a high standard of change management and customer experience.

 

This role is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract 

 

What You’ll Do | Your day to day will consist of

  • Understand customer requirements and what is required to achieve desired customer outcomes
  • Conduct meetings with customers or internal collaborators as required
  • Log and manage Customer Change Requests in relevant systems (ServiceNow, Helix etc.)
  • Provision pricing/quotes, complete workbooks, and facilitate the provisioning of orders for associated Change Activities to customer’s services

 

What You Bring | What makes you perfect for the role?

  • Proven experience in telecommunications
  • Proven experience in customer engagement and change management
  • Ability to interpret customer contracts to ensure services are billed accurately
  • Outstanding coordination skills to manage both Optus internal workgroups and external vendors
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and negotiation to resolve complex delivery issues
