Your day to day will consist of...

As a Senior Analytics Specialist, you will be a key contributor in driving data-driven insights and advanced data products by harnessing the power of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and ground breaking analytical methodologies. Your role will involve seamlessly combining and analyzing large unstructured text sources with structured data to build robust algorithms and models that effectively label and extract insights on customer behavior, actions, and sentiment.

What makes you perfect for the role?

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Data Science, NLP, Computational Linguistics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field is essential.
  • A solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical analysis, data manipulation, and data visualization is crucial to building and implementing NLP models, extracting insights, and developing data products.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL skills and experience working with relational databases, data platforms, and cloud-based data storage solutions.
