#NEXTSOLUTIONS2020 - Consultant, AI-led Sol (Cognitive Machine Learning)

The Cognitive Machine Reading Technical lead will lead the design, implementation, documentation of solution architecture and the development lifecycle.  He/she will set up CMR platform according to the process requirements with infrastructure team, solve the technical challenges associated with scaling the deployment and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Good understanding in engineering activities around architecture, design and development of CMR solution
• Conducting design and code reviews with a major focus on performance, scalability and future expansion
• Working closely with multi-functional teams (project, infrastructure) to implement the CMR solution
• Defining best practices and deployment procedure to changes to be deployed to CMR environment
• Conduct user training for the CMR solution

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Possess Cognitive Machine Reading related technologies
• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes
• Ability to produce specifications for documentations and implementations
• Experience in IT business analysis techniques
• Self-motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude, creative with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills including strong persuasive techniques.
• Ability to lead, develop and maintain respectful and trusting relationship
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology related field, or IT equivalent
