#Network Engineer

Main responsibilities:
- Presales consultant to provide technical and bid support to the sales team. Work closely with technology partners and internal delivery teams to put up an end-to-end solution.
- Responsibilities:
- Lead solutioning/technical pre-sales relevant to communication engineering for Telecom, government and enterprises.
- Liaise with vendors and internal departments to ensure the overall integrity of an end-to-end technical solution.
- Creates the solution plan and owns the estimating, sourcing and costing of a value-differentiated solution to address the client business needs. This solution will include integration across NCS & Singtel and securing any internal sign-offs required from within the delivery organization. Accountable for deliverability of the opportunity and the transition to the delivery organization if the deal is Won.
- Manage the sales bid process together with the Sales and Delivery teams by responding to RFI’s & RFP’s. Prepare solution description, Scope of Work (SoW), Bill of Materials (BoM), Statement of Compliance (SoC).
- Support tender clarifications, deliver presentations and conduct proof-of-concept to customer if required.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Possess a Degree in Engineering a related field.
- Have 3 to 5 years experience in Presales.
- Possess strong problem solving, time management, presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Have working experience in RF indoor and outdoor network planning for LTE/3G, Wi-Fi, MRT/Road tunnel, TETRA or 2-way radio network.
- Have working experience in RF link budget calculation and being familiar with RF planning tools for outdoor or in-door.
- Possess the knowledge of RF basics, such as RF interference, intermodulation and amplifier.
