Ops Support Executive, EUC & Svc Desk

As a Ops Support Executive, EUC & Svc Desk, the broad area of your job responsibilities will cover the following:

  • Attend to user incident depending what their incident is
  • Perform troubleshooting on user laptop
  • Raise service request in ITSM portal
  • Image and pushing down softwares to machines
  • Raise Onboarding form request, VPN / Gomax request and PKI card request
  • Managing the ITSM portal to check on incident and service request
  • Asset Management
  • Preparation of machine beforehand for new user deployment
  • Setting up user EUCD set (Monitor & Docking) beforehand user arrives
  • Deployment of user machine when  user arrives
  • Retrieval of user machine when user leave the agency
  • Attend to user incidents remotely over call and skype
  • Assist VIP in printing
  • VIP secureage issue
  • VIP VPN and GoMAX issue
  • VIP TechRefresh

 

Ideal candidate should possess the following:

  • Diploma in IT equivalent discipline
  • Having 3 - 4 Years hands-on experience in End User Support
  • Proficient in as Microsoft Window, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook
  • Responsible for the construction, testing, installation, operating & facility management of client platforms to meet agreed business needs
  • Providing VIP desktop support
  • Experience in Managing, implementation and documentation control
  • Ensuring seamless desktop operations processes
