As a Ops Support Executive, EUC & Svc Desk, the broad area of your job responsibilities will cover the following:
- Attend to user incident depending what their incident is
- Perform troubleshooting on user laptop
- Raise service request in ITSM portal
- Image and pushing down softwares to machines
- Raise Onboarding form request, VPN / Gomax request and PKI card request
- Managing the ITSM portal to check on incident and service request
- Asset Management
- Preparation of machine beforehand for new user deployment
- Setting up user EUCD set (Monitor & Docking) beforehand user arrives
- Deployment of user machine when user arrives
- Retrieval of user machine when user leave the agency
- Attend to user incidents remotely over call and skype
- Assist VIP in printing
- VIP secureage issue
- VIP VPN and GoMAX issue
- VIP TechRefresh
Ideal candidate should possess the following:
- Diploma in IT equivalent discipline
- Having 3 - 4 Years hands-on experience in End User Support
- Proficient in as Microsoft Window, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook
- Responsible for the construction, testing, installation, operating & facility management of client platforms to meet agreed business needs
- Providing VIP desktop support
- Experience in Managing, implementation and documentation control
- Ensuring seamless desktop operations processes
