Ops Support Executive, EUC & Svc Desk

As a Ops Support Executive, EUC & Svc Desk, the broad area of your job responsibilities will cover the following: 

  • Provide technical support to customer
  • Identify and escalate priority issues as per Client specifications, Process client Service Request, Redirect problems to appropriate resource
  • Provide support on documentation including procedural documentation
  • Provide troubleshooting and technical support via phone, web based tools and email
  • Advise customers regarding the product's proper use and address specific user issues
  • Act as a liaison between customers and Tier 2 support regarding problem escalation
  • Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail and phone
  • Perform mailbox migrations between Exchange systems as well as from other vendors to Exchange for customers in accordance to procedure, to ensure seamless transitions
  • Perform health checks and monitor availability and functionality of the systems
  • Provide operational support to system infrastructures

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Diploma / certification in Information Systems or related field
  • Having 2-3 years of relevant experience in IT Support
  • Proficient and familiar with Windows 10, Microsoft Exchange / Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite
  • Troubleshooting issue on Desktop, Laptops, multi-function devices. Mobile devices
  • Having a passion for customer service and proactive in rectifying issues
