As a Optimisation Manager, we’re seeking a passionate and motivated individual to elevate our support to customer experiences, and service delivery.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting customers by advocating for their needs.
- Lead the development and delivery of initiatives aligned to the strategy and maintaining standards.
- Own enterprise governance of policies, standards, and guidelines to ensure consistent and effective implementation.
- Drive internal and external engagement and advocacy and continuously improving support outcomes.
What makes you perfect for the role?
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least 10 years in broad contact centre and/or Retail operations are required. At least 5 of those years must be in Telecommunications or essential service industries.
- Proven expertise in leading teams within fast-paced multinational organisations, with a focus on critical thinking and collaboration.
- Strong understanding of business strategy, regulatory laws, and experience in managing and delivering transformation initiatives with demonstrable success.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with highly developed analytical skills and the ability to influence and negotiate at senior levels.
