The People and Culture Operations Advisor will sit in the newly formed People Services and Operations team and provides important operational support to employees and leaders across Optus.

 

The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to support P&C initiatives and projects to continue to develop their P&C capabilities.

 

Your day in the life of a People and Culture Operations Advisor at Optus

 

· Respond professionally, accurately and promptly to enquiries raised by leaders and employees via ServiceNow (HR Assist) online ticketing system.

· Liaising with internal teams including Talent Acquisition, Rewards, Insights and Operations, ER, Policy & Payroll and Business Partnering as required to appropriately respond to or redirect enquiries.

· Provide support on HR projects to meet strategic objectives

· Manage P&C Systems and databases for the provision and management of P&C transactions ensuring accuracy of records and information

· Work collaboratively within a team environment, communicating effectively to ensure seamless service delivery across the group

 

 

Skills & Experience

 

· Extensive experience in a similar P&C Operations role

· High customer service orientation

· The ability to problem-solve and respond to enquiries efficiently

· Ability to work with high-volumes in a fast-paced environment

· Strong stakeholder management skills

· Ability to work confidently in Office 365 (particularly Excel)

· Previous experience working in a HRIS is desirable
