The PMO Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the delivery of a large‑scale Compliance Uplift Program. This role provides governance coordination, operational discipline and program administration to enable effective decision‑making, clear communication and smooth execution across multiple workstreams. As part of the Program Secretariat, you’ll coordinate governance forums, maintain documentation standards, support dashboards and tracking, and act as a central point of contact for program communications. The role reports to the Senior Program Director – Compliance Uplift.
Your day to day will consist of

Coordinate and run program governance – schedule forums, prepare agendas and pre‑reads, capture minutes, actions and decisions, and ensure follow‑ups are completed on time.

Maintain core program artefacts and reporting – manage RAID logs, milestone plans, change items, status reports and dashboards, ensuring accuracy, version control and documentation standards.

Support program communications and stakeholder alignment – draft updates and briefing notes, act as a central coordination point across workstreams, and ensure consistent messaging to senior stakeholders.

Enable smooth program operations – support onboarding, vendor coordination and cross‑team dependencies, monitor adherence to governance protocols, and escalate risks or issues as required.

Proven experience in a PMO, Project Coordinator or Program Secretariat role, supporting governance forums, structured reporting and multi‑workstream delivery environments.

Strong capability in program administration and documentation control, with experience managing RAID logs, dashboards, status reporting and executive‑ready materials.

Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work confidently across senior leaders, delivery teams and vendor partners.

Highly organised and detail‑oriented, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, complex program while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
