Position Summary


One of NCS’ strategic intention is to develop a rich portfolio of competitive & differentiating NCS products.  This include developing strategic collaboration with key technology component suppliers (OEM) and also a rich set of independent software vendors (ISV) leveraging on NCS platforms.


Together with Director Partner Management, this role supports the management of both Product R&D strategic technology suppliers to maintain the availability of key technologies at a business equitable level.  This role also develop and manages ISV to create a healthy “sell-with” ecosystem.  In addition, the Partner Manager will also support NCS Technologies (part of NCS Client Facing Units) to select the suitable resellers for NCS Products.


The successful candidate must possess:

  1. Good commercial & business foundation;
  2. Very good stakeholder management & communication skills, especially in negotiations and developing win-win partnerships.
  3. Good appreciation of sales contracting and processes.
  4. Big picture thinking and business sense.


The Partner Manager is required to support NCS Senior Management team in developing and executing long term IT strategic plans around partner management.




  1. Collaborate with Product Management, Product Engineering to research, identify and source for partnership opportunities that are aligned to the Company’s goals’;
  2. Negotiate and finalise agreements with strategic partners, in accordance with the Company’s contract guidelines and policies;
  3. Working with Legal Counsels for terms in agreements, that are receptive by the partner;
  4. Cultivate relationships with current partners to develop & grow the partnership, leading to stronger competitive differentiators for NCS. 



  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, science, engineering or related field.
  2. At least 5 – 8 yrs experience
  3. Working experience in partner management and/or partner alliance.
  4. Managerial finance and business administration.
  5. Understanding of technology commercialisation processes.
  6. Proficient in both English & Chinese.
  7. Strong communication & organizational skills.
