Partner Management

  • Develop, implement and manage the execution of partnership business plans with partners and NCS units in the region
  • Partners to manage may include companies in the tech stack eg. Microsoft, AWS, Google, Cloudera, Tableau, Adobe, Checkpoint, McAfee, HP, Dell, Cisco, ServiceNow, VMware etc.
  • Ensure all partners’ contracts are constantly ready and active for business transaction
  • Facilitate contract negotiation and approval with partners as well as management risk and financial assessment working with the corporate functions of Legal,Risk,Finance and Strategy.
  • Plan & drive new enablement, practice building ,joint service and product innovation plan with strategic partners to build new business opportunity
  • Manage conflicts, ensure proper business/project/account alignment
  • Coordinating and executing QBR, annual business planning session and ongoing planning workshops with partners and internal leaders to drive ongoing alignment and business focus
  • Partner quota and rebate management negotiations and tracking for bottom line impact.


Business Development

  • Facilitate account mapping exercises and account introduction between NCS and partner sales team
  • Working closely with Singtel/NCS marketing and partners to identify and drive varieties of joint marketing programs/activities: awareness campaign, demand generation, field programs, channel programs, and leverage the partner’s programs to drive NCS proliferation, etc.
  • Manage MARKET DEVELOPMENT FUND, ensuring all partner resources are fully leveraged to ensure maximum business development effectiveness
  • Initiate business growth planning session such as account mapping, account planning with partners and sales team, etc.
  • Work with partner on joint profile building exercise, eg: Pre-Release, Success Story, Award Announcement, etc.


The ideal candidate should possess:


  • At least 5- 8 years in a partner management/vendor management sourcing role. At least 2 years of experience in a sales and business development functions in IT /Software and Services sales.
  • Excellent written and presentation skills.
  • Degree with Business Management, Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Experience working with software vendors, enterprise network and security technology providers
  • Experience in contract management for reseller programs, partner/channel programs management as well as experience in developing partner business plans
  • Good Business Acumen and Financial sense
  • The ability to formulate and present partnerships strategy, build business cases, and keen understanding of product life cycles is a bonus.
  • Strong interpersonal skill and communication skills.
  • Motivated self-starter with ability to work independently and as a partner advocate
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a sense of urgency and passion for excellence
