This is not a traditional HR Business Partner role. We're looking for a strategic advisor who combines commercial acumen with data-driven decision-making, skills-based workforce planning, and AI-enabled HR practices. You'll work alongside senior business leaders to shape organisational strategy, strengthen leadership capability, accelerate workforce transformation and create an exceptional employee experience.

As a trusted partner to senior leaders, you will:

  • Translate business strategy into workforce, organisation and talent strategies that support long-term growth.
  • Lead skills-based workforce planning, capability mapping and internal mobility initiatives to build future-ready talent.
  • Leverage people analytics and workforce insights to inform executive decision-making on talent, engagement, productivity and organisational effectiveness.
  • Champion AI-enabled HR solutions that enhance employee experience, manager effectiveness and HR productivity while ensuring responsible and ethical use of AI.
  • Coach leaders to build high-performing, inclusive and resilient teams, strengthening leadership capability across the organisation.
  • Drive organisational transformation, including change management, culture evolution, digital adoption and operating model changes.
  • Lead strategic talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development and retention initiatives for critical talent.

 

What You'll Bring

We're looking for an experienced HR leader who brings:

  • 10-15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including senior HR Business Partner, HR Director, Head of HR or People Transformation leadership roles.
  • IHRP Certification.
  • Experience partnering with senior executives in technology, telecommunications, digital infrastructure, software, cloud, AI, engineering or other fast-paced innovation-driven environments.
  • Deep expertise in strategic workforce planning, organisation design, leadership development and talent strategy.
  • Strong experience applying people analytics and workforce insights to influence business decisions.
  • A solid understanding of AI-enabled HR technologies, digital employee experience and modern HR operating models.
  • Proven success leading large-scale organisational transformation and change programmes.
  • Excellent executive presence with the ability to influence, coach and challenge senior stakeholders.
