About the Role

Are you passionate about shaping the future of work and driving business transformation through people? Singtel Singapore is seeking a dynamic and strategic People & Culture (P&C) Leader for our Enterprise Sales & Go-To-Market (GTM) division. In this pivotal role, you will partner with business stakeholders across Singapore and Singtel Global Overseas (SGO) entities to develop and execute people strategies that enable organisational growth and transformation on a global scale.

 

As a trusted advisor and extension of our business leadership, you will own the people strategy for Enterprise Sales & GTM, working closely with senior leaders to deliver innovative, high-impact HR solutions. Your expertise will help us tackle strategic talent challenges, drive cultural change, and ensure our people practices are aligned with business objectives.

 

 Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary P&C leader for Enterprise Sales & GTM, providing thought leadership and strategic counsel on organisational and people-related matters.
  • Build strong, transparent relationships with business leaders, fostering open communication and effective collaboration.
  • Advise on cultivating a high-performance culture that reflects Singtel’s values and delivers exceptional client service.
  • Coach and challenge senior management to drive change, support transformation initiatives and implement talent programmes.
  • Lead organisational design, workforce planning, succession planning, talent management and performance management to meet evolving business needs.
  • Analyse workforce trends, diagnose organisational gaps and deploy solutions to enhance performance and capability.
  • Drive talent and succession planning, focusing on building a diverse pipeline of future leaders and supporting employee growth and retention.
  • Oversee international HR leadership and governance, ensuring compliance with local legislation and group standards across SGO locations.
  • Design and implement global HR frameworks, harmonising policies and practices while balancing local market needs and alignment to Singtel’s frameworks and policies.
  • Champion continuous improvement by sharing best practices and benchmarking against internal and external standards.

 

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Relevant tertiary education and IHRP accreditation (MBA is a plus).
  • 8–10 years’ HR experience, with at least 5 years in international markets.
  • Deep expertise in multiple HR disciplines: workforce planning, organisational design, change management, talent management, employee relations, compensation, engagement, learning and diversity.
  • Demonstrated achievements in coaching, influencing, and problem-solving with senior leaders.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • High proficiency in data analytics and commercial acumen.
  • Proven ability to operate autonomously, exercise sound judgment, and deliver results in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
  • Experience working in cross-border, virtual teams is highly valued.
